Operation Christmas Child (OCC) brings joy and hope to children in desperate situations worldwide through simple, gift-filled shoe boxes and evangelistic materials that tell the Good News of God’s love. The mission of OCC is simple – to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to needy children around the world, and together with the local church, to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
OCC is a ministry of Samaritan’s Purse, a Christian relief and evangelism organization led by Franklin Graham. If you’re interested in participating in OCC, please pick up a “How to Pack a Shoe Box” brochure on the table in the sanctuary. Please bring your shoebox to the designated area in the fellowship hall by Wednesday, November 16.
